Homestead Police Officer Garland Wright makes a content based restriction on speech by allowing the police to clap for the Mayor who praised them, shortly after threatening any citizens with removal if they clap. Also shown is the intimidating show of force Homestead used to chill some citizens from speaking or returning to the meetings. No body was allowed to stand on the back wall, but they had more cops on the back wall than there were citizens in the audience. This is just one more example of the hatred Homestead and their police department have for their citizens and the First Amendment.
