Dr. James Eric McDonough speaking at the February 2018 Homestead City Council Meeting. I hit them for being liars. The most egregious of which was done by their attorney Sam Zeskind. Zeskind has demanded me provide in discovery, irrelevant and harassing material. He even asked for my supporter list, as well as my username and passwords for my online accounts and email. Zeskind filed a motion to compel in response to me refusing to comply. https://www.documentcloud.org/documen... Therein Zeskind claims, on page 8, that he is aware of at least one instance where I stated I planned to write a book to teach people how to harass government with records request. I called Zeskind's bluff and basically demanded that he put up or shut up. Zeskind delayed for a month then provided a screenshot of some comments with no date or context. After several hours I tracked down the original post. https://www.documentcloud.org/documen... The original post was written after the hearing where they already lost. I commented about writing a book to teach others how to pro se public records law suits. Nothing was ever said about harassing government. However, Zeskind has been caught in many other lies as well.
