Going back for round #2, in the saga Doc Justice v City Of Homestead. This month I went in to see what they would admit their policy was. The Mayor kept refusing to directly answer my questions, but admitted to more than I was asking him to. The city attorney James White had to walk over and cut his mic he was screwing up so bad. The city contracts the firm WSH, and does not have a city employee as an attorney. They use this trick to play a lot of games and helps cover their corruption. You can also see councilman Elvis Maldonado trying to motion the attorney. The Mayor Jeff Porter goes for a lot of water, fumbling. He canceled a schedule meeting with me, once he found out I was abused and likely to sue the police department. This was the only way I could speak with him on the record. Then his last comment that it was "my opinion" that they were violating my First Amendment rights. I hit him good next month.
